The rules are simple :)
Register at athletic-events.com
Wear a funny costume (or add some accessories to your usual running uniform)
Run any distance of at least 2021 m from 1 January
Post the report on the event's Facebook page (photo + track)
Receive a commemorative medal by Nova Poshta after 14 January (acrylic medal)!
